Our message had to be specific to each audience type i.e. focusing on the commercial practicalities for the Acute Trust Estates but more people focused for the therapists. Code created two pieces of direct mail that lead with individual but related messages that addressed the needs of both audience types. The messages were supported with a high quality photography shoot that created a compelling visual impact and tone.”
